Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information. Make sure you enter apartment and suite numbers or any other details.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. If the
address does not match an address the Post Office has on file, it will not go
through our system. If this is the case, we will contact you via email.
UPGRADES ON SHIPPING
When completing the order form, please write the type of shipping you are requesting in the comments box. We will then e-mail you a shipping quote. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is being shipped OR you may e-mail us at email@example.com with the item numbers, your shipping address, and your daytime phone number.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands will take 3 to 5 weeks. Shipments to APO, FPO, and other overseas US installations are sent via regular USPS mail. We cannot ship large items to these areas.
Express shipments are shipped only to the billing address of the credit card used. Express shipments are guaranteed for delivery on the day after the item is shipped, not necessarily the day after the item is ordered. Please e-mail us at to make sure the product you want is in stock before you order.
When you do receive your shipment from us (by freight truck,
USPS, UPS, or FedEx) please make sure that the product is not damaged. If the
shipment is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. You will be responsible for making any claims if this is not done.
You do not need to be
present for delivery of your order.
